I didn't get those when they first came out but I got the TBP for free (I got a 20 dollar gift certificate from Borders for Christmas last year and guess what I used it for :D )

It was $14.99 though..

I tried it too, though. The links only work for issue 1,2 and 6 and it just comes up with symbols

Aloha,
Thanks for checking out the library. I will look into all of those comics by end of Sat.
While CDisplay is a great format for reading comics. Adobe Acrobat Reader is far more user friendly. All of the comics coming up with symbols are on CDisplay. Until I talk to the people who are experts in CDisplay. I will be putting up Amazing and PP Spectacular only. Plus Spidey vs Wolverine. Hang in there gang.

Aloha,
Server is down for the evening. When it comes back up on Sunday, I will be posting Amazing Spider-Man 200-275 along with PPSM and SM vs Wolverine.

Aloha,
As usual I must thank all you great Hypsters who email me to let me know of any problems with the library. I greatly appreciate it and never stop letting me know.
For the month of Novemeber-Sorry but until I get some bugs( I know spiders are not bugs) worked out-Maximum Carnage has been taken down.
What you now have is Amazing Spider-Man volume one #200-275, PP Spider-Man #50- 99, Amazing Fantasy #15, Spider-Man vs. Wolverine and Untold Tales of Spider-Man #1.
I need a favor-while CDisplay looks great there are several formats and some work well while others give you those crazy symbols.I'm going to put up MK Spider-Man #1 and Marvel Team Up v1 #6. Please tell me which one you can and cannot open.
Much thanks

Aloha,
I would like to take this time to give a very big MAHALO(thank you ) to Hypester ph27home- this is the person who has made sense out of the CDisplay files for both you and me.
Before I put Spider-Man Blue back up please go to my site and follw these instructions regarding MK Spider-Man #1

okay at the moment i can right click then choose save as and it tries to save it as Marvel Knights Spider-Man 001.cbr.htm

so i just delete the .htm part of the file name and start it downloading
. or you can download the file then delete that part of the file name after. so if you give people those instruction they'll be fine.

This advice worked for me and should be the solution to the CDisplay problem. All of Amazing and PP Spectacular will be in Adobe but as I get into the crossover Age of Marvel, I will need to put up Web and Adjectiveless which I have in CDisplay only suxh as MAXIMUM CARNAGE

Much thanks to ph27home for making sense out of why people were getting symbols.

We Appreciate this Donald. What I think we could REALLY use right now is ASM #91 to #122.

It would help in our lively debates. Many people have a lot to say, but they haven't read those issues. It would be much appreciated if you can put those 31 issues back up. We need everyone to know the history, not no the history. :spidey:

Aloha,
Around Dec 15th, I will put up 91-122. I will have to take down some comics so READ fast.Mainly MTU and some Spectaculars.

Aloha,
Even though this file ends with .cbr you have to add .cbr to it.
Once I did that it downloaded fine.
So right click imageSave Target as(desktop)-add.cbr to the name-change file name to ALL FILES then download. Have a great reading experience. Write back if that dosen't help.
Please sigh my guest book, I love email.

Now where's my No-Prize?

I am mostly interested in the Amazing and Spectacular series. I found Spectacular 100-117 up and I see links to Amazing 276-300. The links for the Amazing issues never seem to work for me, though. If that set really is up, can you give me a link to issue 276 and then I can adjust and find the rest from there. Using my link to 251 and then changing it to 276 isn't working for me. Thanks.

Whats a 24 K NO prize?
Aloha,
In the old days of the Merry Marvel Marching Society and when Stan Lee used to write the Bullpen, the No Prize was used as a way of giving sharp eyed readers a gift for finding errors or guessing who the villian was etc.So a 24K No Prize is just a way of trying to bring back the Good old days of Marvel-WHEN CONTINUITY MEANT SOMETHING

I try to click on the Spectacular Spider-Man 131 link and Adobe is launched. An error message comes up that says "Adobe Reader could not open 'pa003481.fdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)." Any ideas?

You're free to do whatever you want in terms of posting books. But just for the record, I prefer when you put them up in order. I am greatly enjoying reading them in continuity (for the most part). The postings of the Spectaculars have been about a year behind the Amazings. I stopped collecting comics from about 1985-1991 and I haven't read many of the issues about to be posted. Also, I am having a great amount of trouble "finding" the books in this "Web site arcs" directory. I now have Amazing issues 91-292, 295-300 and I have a feeling I may miss 293 and 294 because the links don't work for me. Also, I have no idea where to look for some arcs such as The Death of Jean DeWolf because I don't believe I've ever read it before even though I've heard a lot about it. Anyway, I hope I didn't offend you or anything, just wanted to add my 2 cents.

Donald has the issues relating to certain storylines highlighted in read- such as The Death of Jean DeWolf arc is SSM #107-110, all highlighted in red. Kraven's Last Hunt is also highlighted.

Aloha,
I greatly appreciate your 2 cents and please don't ever stop. It was my original intention to only put up Amazing Spider-Man v 1. The demand became too great for other titles and I responded. While Spectacular ended last month with 99, I have continued to go in sequence with 100-117. It is my goal for next year to get Spectacular,Web and Adjectiveless in synch with Amazing. So I may have to slow down on Amazing to help everyone else catch up.
Regarding 131-132-You are correct-I right clicked on the files(normally you don't have to do that) and then they downloaded and are not corrupted and open up.As far as Story arcs. All story arcs are posted. Please see PP Spectacular Spider-Man and you will see Jean DeWolf is in Spectacular 107-110. I also looked into Amazing 293 and 294, they also need to be right clicked and saved and they also open up.Normally you just have to click on an Adobe file and it opens not sure why all of a sudden these Adobe files need to be right clicked.
And I agree with dangerous'- If you go to my links page under Comic Books you will see that I recommend spiderfan as well as Samruby and several other sites that will give you the details of these stroy arcs.
Currently because of the controversy surrounding Sins Pasts- I have put back up Amazing #91-122. This way fans can have a better idea as to why there is such reaction to certain aspects of this arc.PLEASE SIGN MY GUEST BOOK.
Happy holidays and happy reading.
