Sugarrush cause when I was younger, I was hyper 24/7 unless I was asleep. I went from silent to never stops talking. Everyone said it was cause of all the caffeine and sugar I drank but I really never touched the stuff that often. When I started playing Unreal Tournament online and stuff, I kept the constant banter going the whole time I played and everyone thought I was hyped up on Surge or something, hence my handle became, SuGarRush.

2) All my shoes are made of leather or some composite that uses leather, so I wear Nike's or Addidas to work out.

yeah I've seriously got to up mine. I was trying to cram them all into 3 meals a day and it just wasn't helping me gain anything.
I've got a small frame to begin with, so broadening and bulking up is first priority.

Yes and a lot of it comes from meat, poultry and fish products. When I'm bulking, I'm usually around 8-9000, but I weigh about 60lb. more than SugarRush.

As far as 3 meals vs. 6 meals. You'll never fit 5,000 calories into 3 meals and if you do your stomach will hate you later.
