Scott Lang is a little Thieve who breaks houses and get's expensive stuff to pay his Dotter, Cassie, treatments.
One day, Scott breaks in to Hank Pym's House. Pym is a Inventor that created a helmet that makes humans talk with ants and a shrinking Uniform. Pym is working on a Giant-Man Formula and a Shrinking formula for his wife.
Scott discovers that Pym sold a artificial inteliggence called Ultron to the USA Army. When Ultron Breaks free and turns the planes, arms, trucks, tanks and nuclear weapons against the America, Scotty needs to become Ant-Man to impeach the android to destroy the world and replace it with his minions.
