Any bands thats similar to the killers?

im looking for a good band tolisten to, and i really like the killers, so i was wondering if they were any bands out there that hadsimilar taste like the killers do. im not into bands like story of the year and what not. any suggestions would be nice.

The Killers are pretty generic, there must be hundreds of bands churning out similar stuff.

Why not sift through their Myspace?

The Killers are probably the best band out here. Franz Ferdinand has a similar sound, but I don't find them to be nearly as good as them. The Killers IMO are better songwriters and their videos ae always aweosme. Can't think of any other bands with a similar sound.

Meh, The Crotch Gropers are decent, but I've often found them to come across as very pretentious and often rediculous lyrically. They're somewhat formulaic as well.

Seriously, Franz Ferdinand are probably the closest you'll get. Don't listen to the stuff off You Could Have It So Much Better album, the old stuff's way better.
