He wasn't neccesarily training in the fortress for 12 yrs. that could have just been in the previous superman movies. Remeber vague continuity.

Heading out?

I dont know. Alot of the trolling is getting annoying so maybe soon.

It seems for every new positive reaction or review, the same people who disliked the film have to restate their views like 10 times.

I guess thats why the overly negative feeling I get from reading threads doesnt match up with 70% of SHH voting the film in the 8-10 range.

Honestly, Ill probably leave after I submit my final review, which will be tonight or tomorrow. Im seeing the film at 10:15 tonight with a couple friends, it will be my 4th time seeing the movie.

Right now, my opinion is VERY mixed. I loved some parts, I hated others. I need to figure out my true feeling's toward the film by tomorrow seeing that I owe the Cincinnati Enquirer my film review for Monday's edition, and then it's off to my own small, independent film duties.

Real Life.......

The film may not be 100% perfect, but its definately the best live action version produced.

Its the only one I can watch with non-comic book fans and not be embarassed since it doesnt have the cheesiness of the 70s movies and the teen angst/silly stories/sexploitation of Smallville.

One way or the other, I think its a step in the right direction. Lex even has the potential to change into an even darker version...

But if Superman proves unprofitable and unpopular in today's mainstream... I dont know.

I felt really sorry for her. I nearly bawled my eyes out where she held Clark in her arms at the meteor site. Very saddening.

Kinda makes me wish I had a mom like her.

And how'd she get Clark back to the house? Carrying him onto the truck must've been hard.

Seeing her standing outside of the hospital and not being able to get in gutted me. :o

The Kent's really get the shaft in the movie continuity. :down
