I liked this moment because:

- It gave the whole fight thing new light, and the good one..
- That smile was real an playfull..
- It had the joy of being a part of something bigger then just (super)boys being boys..
(ok, I may be overreading it a bit) :)
- No malice at all, but no boy scoutness too..
- Being a superhero can be fun - as seen in ''Run'' ;)

Y'know, if Serene hadn't posted that, I probably never would have seen it. Are there any other shots of TW in the KK forums that haven't shown up where they should? :p
Maybe a few more.. and bigger.
You need to get out more, Pat. :p

BTW, I just have to say it... that bathing suit they gave Kreuk looks HORRIBLE on her. What's up with that? She's a beautiful woman, and that... whatever it is... is just... gah!
It was pretty conservative, but I do suspect that it's intentionally so. Lana is not Lois. It takes a Nicodemus flower for her to start showing flesh.. and even then it's not hers! LOL..

I thought it was tasteful, but the wrap cover up didn't really go with the suit. I woulda busted the costume designer for that in my review, but it didn't really read in the episode.
Actually I think the wrap did go with the suit. It's hard to tell in the actual ep, but in the bigger BTS photos, you can see that the trim around the neckline matches the lighter colored ruffle along the bottom of the wrap.

I agree though.. they could have given her something conservative but a little more attractive. It was just kinda blah.

Its just that they seem to have done a complete 180 on Lana's clothing. She was all pretty in pink, and now all we see her in are dark colours.
Has anyone else noticed that Chloe is the new Pink Princess? She's worn pink in several of her recent scenes, including a really pretty cami in her last loft scene.

I prefer Lana in the darker, or jewel toned clothes. But that's just my personal preference. I think she's gorgeous enough and has nice enough coloring to wear just about any color.

They said they will bring one more hero this season. My guess would be either Martian Man Hunter (desguised as human) or Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) since they don't have movies in development.
Though Green Lantern and Plastic Man (lol) may also be serious contenders since their movies are in development hell.
I would love to see an episode with Swamp Thing.

There have been hints at Green Arrow since season two or was it season 3 i can't remember, since it was a Queen Industries boat that saved Lex.

Hey Sage, I brought this exact thing up last week!

Did anyone happen to read "Justice" #2?

It's the bi-monthly series written and painted by Alex Ross.
Anyway, I thought it was interesting that this issue came out the same week "Aqua" aired. One reason is that the issue features the debut appearance of Braniac. Secondly, the reveal on the last page of the ish looks just like this scene from the show (just substitute Lex with Brainiac):

Anyway, you got a scan of the last splash page of Brainiac/Aquaman to compare with the Smallville shot of Lex/Arthur?

I thought it was more than a coincidence that the Justice issue shipped the same week as the Aquaman episode!

I also loved how the ep was yet another classic example of Aquaman getting captured and tied up and needing Supes to come to the rescue!!

I wonder if Marsters's Brainiac could transform into the green version, or at least have the marks on his head. That'd be cool.

Thanks Sage!
GMTA, huh?

(well, except for who should play Superman in a movie, but that's neither here nor there! ;))

Did anyone else notice the irony that AC was from University of Miami whose colors are Orange and Green?

It wasn't irony and yes everyone noticed that.

It's not ironic... But I did notice it.

i·ron·ic (-rnk) also i·ron·i·cal (-rn-kl)
adj.
1. Characterized by or constituting irony.
2. Given to the use of irony. See Synonyms at sarcastic.
3. Poignantly contrary to what was expected or intended: madness, an ironic fate for such a clear thinker.

Which everyone here seems to be experts on. It was still kind of neat.

I don't think it was irony so much as purposeful. :)

Neat, works too though. ;)

The dude playing Aquaman looked familiar, but I can't place him? Anybody know who this guy is?

Alan Ritchson, he was on American Idol in its third season... I believe he made it to the quarterfinals....
