I wish they'd kept in the energy flashing between her hands (the 'arc light' that is the reason for her name), as shown in the trailer and in my avatar image.

I was unsure about that energy when i saw that trailer, as it looked too similar to Storm's lightning, but all they need have done is changed the colour of the energy flash (red? green?) and added a buzzing noise to it, like something charging up.

Why they got rid of it altogether is beyond me, as it's the reason for the character's name (although the comic version doesn't have it).

Still one of my favorite characters of the film...

Even though I wish they saved Arclight for a Maruaders/Sinister story...to Arclight was pretty good.
