Terms like "moan" and gives a crap, aren't they usually what leads to flame wars? I mean if it was me posting this to another person right now would that not be grounds for an infraction regardless of the issue. Thus exposing your attitude as being just as bad as anything I've been reprimanded me for.

Be direct with my intentions? Seriously? Yeah we know how that would end...seeing as how you actually "hate" my take on the mater whereas I'm just a little perturbed with it.

I would report this just to see if all that talk about recognizing rules really holds weight but I doubt you or your brethren would care to look past the irony.

If what he said was said by anyone else....it still would not have been infractable. At this point, it isn't even worthy of a warning. If in multiple posts in a character's forum he dismissed your opinion on a subject as "moaning"....then it could warrant a warning. But what he said was simply stating a fact. Alexi was banned because of his trolling the entire board in general and his trolling the XMEN forums in particular. In those forums he had a regular back and forth with the moderator danoyse....the same moderator who has infracted you twice. So....you came into this thread and instead of just saying you missed Alexi, you made your posts a slap at a particular mod. When several other posters (not mods) disagreed with you about your missing Alexi...you continue to make your posts against a mod as much or more than a I miss Alexi post. So Hunter said you were "moaning" about your infractions. He also, in responding to your crude innuendo about him and danoyse ( a cheap childish thing to do), said that he believed that she wouldn't "give a crap" about your thoughts on him and her. This was not a personal attack against you, but his thoughts on what someone he has known and worked with for years would think about the crude rude innuendo you made.

All I can say at this point is...you are acting very petulant childish and have some kind of major chip on your shoulder. You really need to work on how to civilly interact with others.

OK, I checked....he was a racist who was posting links to racist sites.

So what's the ban ratio to existing members anyway? 1:5?

No idea. You would have to go through the entire list of existing members, and then check off the ones listed as banned. But since very many existing on the rolls members haven't been on the Hype in years...would you count them? Also a big number of spambots register here every day (I personally average banning 20 spambots a day)....so they are existing members who are now banned.

Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing that one up. I have no memory of that one, I half thought it was either a random spambot or some guy I recall who posted a picture of a murder/suicide on the forums.

In short they're nuisance posters who disrupt the forums. Causing arguments or just causing trouble for other posters, that sort of thing.

Troll is a general classification for abusive offensive behavior. Someone who constantly derails a thread/forum....someone who repeatedly attacks someone....someone who actively engages in flame/my comic company against your comic company/if you like that particular movie or character you are an idiot/etc wars is a troll. Sometimes when someone becomes generally offensive in a thread they can be classified as trolling it.

I must say however, from the little I know you I don't think you're a troll so I'd have to see the specific example.
