Are there any banned Members that you kind of miss? - Part 2

Oh, Outriddled is banned? When did that happen?

Was it because he was a previously banned poster (possibly "the man") under a new name (which is what I suspected) or just for other behaviour?

Good riddance anyway.

Minority opinion?

If he was just some random poster who posted nonsense every once in a while, I probably wouldn't mind as much.

But the fact that he went out of his way to just go on nearly every single thread to post stuff without backing up his stance on why he didn't like something got really old after awhile. It was like he was angry with nearly everything for the sake of being angry.

He wasn't just someone with a minority opinion. There's a difference between having a different opinion and posting just to get a rise out of people. He was a pure troll.

But, he's gone now, so I won't fret over it any longer.
Well, I tend to sympathise with the underdog. Some people don't keep their cool when they are outnumbered. Anyway, what's done is done.

Or...outriddled. :cwink:

:woot:

Who was the worst poster to ever have been banned?

What I saw of OutRiddled is a post of his saying it's wrong that he is only one of two to have The Crow as a "favorite first film in comic book movie series", and a post he said he doesn't like most modern movies, I asked him how modern and why, his answer was just about how modern
If he stayed longer I might have given him a chance before displaying annoyance

That guy who told me that the gamma dogs in Hulk went after Betty Ross because cavewomen shaved poodles with porcupines was pretty damn creepy. I was relieved when he got the boot.

Frankly, if I were a cavewoman looking to shave a dog I would have done it with a beaver. That's poetic justice, right there. :o

Oh my, just saw more of OutRiddled posts, that one was Reaching out for the Ban

I disagree with the batboards a lot and have come through countless conversations with them unscathed. It IS possible to have a civil conversation there, believe it or not.

I must venture into the batboards more often. I am afraid of it, but fear of the unknown right?

I seem to recall Outriddled being a bit of an ass in this thread, so.... meh. Good riddance.

Take crosses, garlic and holy water with you and leave a trail of breadcrumbs so you can find your way back out.

Now, now, that's not true and you know it.

It also helps to have a stake and some martial arts training.

Yikes! :wow:

What do you think is more scary, Silent Hill or the Bat Boards?

The Bat Boards are definitely scarier. They eat the bones, too.

And a flamethrower, and a BFG, and a cyanide pill in case all else fails.

OutRiddled got banned?

Knew it would happen sooner rather than later :p
What did him in?

I guess he was the one who got.....

Out Riddled.

:lmao:

I knew it would just be a matter time after his conversation with C. Lee a few pages back.

I love how he was pulling out the preemptive victim card.

I'm mainly a Marvel fan but have spent a fair bit of time on the Bat boards. Over the last year and a half when TDKR was filming and then came out, I found most of the posters fairly pleasant, even if people may have disagreed with each other on some things. I don't find it any scarier or more unwelcoming than other parts of the Hype.

You're just going to get a few odd individuals who happen to frequent certain boards more than others, but they sometimes show up on other ones too. I wouldn't take it as representative of those particular boards but just that they're unpleasant individuals. I'll usually just put them on ignore.

Personally I've found the TASM boards to be a bit more wild and crazy lately than the batboards. There are some wonderful, wonderful posters on the TASM boards, and then there are some total wackos. Its like some yin/yang thing whenever I go over there.

I tend to see more of the bickering/arguing...I don't really post there, I'm more of a lurker in the Batboards......but I love it when posters in the Bat and Star Wars Boards (I spend more time in SW section) resort to this with there delusions of the films:

It doesn't happen too often (it seems most posters, me included enjoy the SW OT/PT) but when it does...its :lmao: , for me anyways.

I need to speak with this guy about the gamma dogs and whatshername. The Batboards are stale for the time; last I checked the spoiler forums for TASM2 were doing into Deshi Basara! mode.
