Are they making a POTC cartoon

I was at target today and saw Pirate animated looking toys. The line was called something like " POTC Dead men tell no tales". I was wondering if I was missing something and they made or are making a cartoon for the movies?

I don't think they're for the game. If they don't plan on a cartoon they really should do one.
