CS Video: Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Cast of The Last Stand

http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=98894

ComingSoon.net sat down with Schwarzenegger, Knoxville, Santoro, Whitaker and Alexander to discuss the film, Arnold's big screen return and working with the incredibly stylized vision of Jee-Woon. Schwarzenegger also recalls some of his classic catch-phrases and offers a lesson in how to properly say lines like, "It's not a tumor!" and "I lied."

I was just looking at that and I'm incredible happy that it's being well received. Great way for Arnold to start his comeback.

NOTE TO ALL SWEDISH HYPERS: (and everyone else, who wants to help :) )
This movie will not come to Sweden because of a decision from Nordisk Film that says the competition is too great with movies like Sune in Greece (a swedish kids comedy) and Johan Falk (a swedish cop-thriller series).

Support the campaign to change this decision: https://www.facebook.com/ViSomSomVillSeTheLastStandPaBio

People - these sort of campaigns do actually work. Iron Sky wasnt originally going to come to Sweden either, but the facebook campaing became big enough to change that decision.
It sucks if the competition is "Sune i Grekland" and the Johan Falk series (although the latter might be good, only watched the old ones back in the day).

Well, there's 192 likes atm on the Facebook group, we'll see how this go.

Agreed, it just gets me even more excited to see his official return, I wasnt expecting this to get the best reviews, was expecting around Expendables level reviews.

Happy to hear good reviews for this. Looking forward to seeing Arnold back in action!

Director probably had a lot to do with it.

This movie and MAMA (that short scared the **** out me!) tied for most looking forward to this week, really seems like a good week / month for the movies.

When Arnold left to be Gov he left his acting career at the right time and now people seem to be happy that hes back.

I'm a huge Arnold fan, but he needed to go away for a while. Those movies in the late 90's/early 00's were pretty sucktacular.

Agreed.

Also, 100% still? I know it's gonna eventually fall, but I'm quite enjoying this screenshot.

Nope now its at 88 now with 2 Rotten Reviews which still isn't that bad.

Just got back from seeing this, I liked it. I had a lot of really cool moments. Arnold was awesome, Knoxville was fun to watch, Lexi Alexander was great as well as lovely as per usual. It had great action, a cool score, and some cool cinematography, though it wasn't as noticeably great as I expected given the reputation of the director. Anyway, it was well made, well structured from a narrative stand point and well acted, overall a great come back for swawzenegger.

Eraser was awesome and Jingle All the Way is a Christmas Classic...but i might be getting the years mixed. but yeah The 6th Day was kinda lame.

Those are the only 2 I liked from those years. T3 was fun too.

But, The 6th Day, Collateral Damage, End of Days, Batman & Robin is what I'm talking about.

I dont really understand their thought on this, hehe, isnt Arnold big name enough to sell tickets regardless of other movies? Or maybe its because they dont want a foreign film to steal movie goers from swedish ones
228 now and rising, lets keep our fingers crossed!

I remember being scared sh**less watching The 6th Day when the unprocessed clones come alive.

Here's my review, if anyone is interested! But the RT meter isn't too far off right now...the movie is a hell of a fun time!

Really cant wait for this now, people on here seeing it and loving is also a good sign, think I may be seeing this a couple of times at the cinema.

Saw this movie yesterday. Pretty fun but make no mistake. It's celebrates all the things action films devoid of character development and substance and bad acting are belittled for.

Go in expecting that and you may enjoy it.

I went in expecting that. Still hated it. The only thing I enjoyed was the action involving the bad dudes car.
