Animus V2 is in the movie! I thought I noticed it in the background and upon a second viewing of the trailer it's definitely there. Apologies if this is old news!

Nice catch! I didn't notice that before.Animus V2 is in the movie! I thought I noticed it in the background and upon a second viewing of the trailer it's definitely there. Apologies if this is old news!

"Moon and Source Code were such good movies, I don't see how Warcraft could fail creatively." That was the mantra.
Macbeth and Assassin's Creed are not the same type of film. It's nice to not have a dumb Len Wiseman type of director but we have seen time and time again that does not guarantee success.
The action looks good at least.

I'm not sure how the action we've seen does any of that. The action looks like it destroys anything I've seen in the last few years in mainstream blockbusters.
I'm more excited for this than any other movie right now.
FOX confuses me sometimes go watch the logan trailer thats how you use a song in a trailer that fits the tone of the movie perfectly but then they put kanye and now some random pop/rock song to a film set in the Spanish inquisition

Maybe Fox outsources marketing
Agreed. What looks so groundbreaking about the action scenes?I'm not sure how the action we've seen does any of that.

The trailer would be so much better with this music.

Like i said Ubisoft Use Always Pop Song in the Games so no Surprise
Movies aren't videogames so who gives a crap about the video game trailers? There is a way to use popular songs in film trailers and the Assassin's Creed trailers just aren't doing it right. Period.
And if that is all it took to make a blockbuster smash hit film, we'd have plenty based on videogames.because...its a movie...based on that videogame...and its produced by that same company that makes the game...?
