For the record, yeah, Hawkeye and Black Panther are pulling off a lot of incredible combat feats and all-but-superhuman feats of agility, but that's sort of what they do. T'Challa's senses as well as agility are enhanced by those heart-shaped herbs, and Clint did train at a circus (which has provided Batman with many a sidekick). We haven't seen Cap do a lot of flipping and whatnot, but he was still kicking a lot of robot ass in this episode. Unlike Hawkeye, he can't run out of arrows. His leadership was on display here, too. I can't see how this was a bad episode for Cap fans.
That's cool. There is a part of me that cringes slightly at everyone wearing color coded Silver Centurion armor suits (or pants), if only because the Avengers show of '99 had the team don armor for practically every episode. In the old days those sorts of episodes were to encourage a new line of toys. Naturally, the team needs space suits and they already were "gamma suits" so it's not that big a deal, really. It's just bad memories.
Did I see the Avengers fighting cross-time warriors? Will The Anachronauts exist in this show? http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/anachron.htm
(Maybe not THOSE exact members, but the general premise of warriors from cities/eras that Kang conquered.)
Looks to be an epic conclusion.
