That new Armor Stark was using was powerful as hell, he should stick to it
Yes. With only a pull of his hand he was able to defeat Kang's drones in a matter of seconds)

+ he got his butt handed by the villains in that Red & Gold suit too many times) I say, it's time for a change!

As long as we get the now classic "Ultron, we would have words with thee!" scene!

YESH!

When I saw all the S.H.I.E.L.D agents on Kang's ship I immediately thought of S.W.O.R.D.

I hope that it becomes the base of S.W.O.R.D.
:woot:

Busi-wha..?
Kurt Busiek is a comics writer and he and Perez did one of the definitive runs for the Avengers comic series in the late 90's/early 00's. One of their big storylines was the Avengers confronting a returning Ultron.

Busiek is like the modern Avengers god! Bendis (with his pretty mediocre Avengers/New Avengers), falls pretty hard under Kurt's unbelievable might!

Though, the only thing I loved about Bendis' Avengers was "Avengers Disassembled" arc! Stuff was epic & heartbreaking!

stuff was horrible. i still haven't forgiven him for that

You mean Bendis stuff? Yeah, he isn't the Avengers writer, like at all. Just a poor fanboy, that got access to something that he shouldn't.

But his work on Ultimate Spider-Man (the early issues) was a success, yes.

Holy crap on a giant stick. Now THAT is how you close out a 3-part story arch! There was just all kinds of awesomeness going on there, and the battle actually had some real emotional weight to it.

Loved the Reed Richards cameo. Ultron foreshadowing = incredible. He's an awesome villain, and I'm sure it's going to a great arch. That's what I like about this show...the "big" episodes are multi-part, since they're too big for one episode!

Bendis was the one who wrote Jan real b****y before killing her right?

Can you believe I held out for two whole weeks? After I grab a bite to eat I'm re-watching part 1 and then diving into 2 & 3 because I don't think I can last much longer. I've even managed to avoid spoilers!

That is very brave & incredible of you, mate) Go get em!

Wow. Damn fine episode. Kind of a shame Thor couldn't have been there for the big stuff, but he went out with quite a bang early on.

But yeah, Damocles Base? Totally getting repurposed by SHIELD as the HQ of SWORD. :hehe:

This has been the best set of episodes by far imo, but I just wish they would sell the drama a little bit more. Thor's sacrifice was so huge, but it was kinda brushed off instantly, as he was instantly saved and in a coma that didn't seem that big of a deal to anyone. They tend to do things like that a lot with this show, unfortunately.

After seeing what Thor did by deflecting what was at least a City destroying blast and flying faster than, the Avengers jet. Its obvious he is far more powerful than anyone on the team.

Hulk included, Hulk may be stronger, but Thor is more powerful

I feel like they're saving Thor really cutting loose for the final arc of the season, which will most certainly be about Loki.

As for this episode, pure awesome, just like this whole arc. Kang was formidable enough to nearly take out the whole team AND Ultron.

guys i want ta ask a question is this kang saga before or after widows sting in the sense of continuity?
