Found the first wave of Avengers figures at my local Zellers tonight .. got a big dumb smile on my face when I saw them ..... too bad I didn't want any of them... looks like what I want is in Waves 2 and 3 .. hopefully Wave 1 doesn't clog the pegs like Thor, Captain America (to a lesser extent) and Iron Man 2 figures .. STILL find tons of them ...

In this area it's Thor and IM that are hangin around and Cap flyin off the pegs. I'll check wally World today for avengers stuff, seemed like they were making room for new stuff.

Avengers toys come to walmart and target on the 27th. They are already at toys r us for 9.99, saw em today. By the way, today at walmart i saw them putting up some HUGE posters for the avengers. I'm guessing they will be above a section of clothes.

So is Feb 27th the 'official' street date for Avengers toys then? Cool! Hopefully they put out Wave 2 of the basic figures too .. I wants me my Hulk and Loki!!

actually no I haven't heard .. I was gonna drop that question during the Marvel/Hasbro Avengers Live Blog event but it ran out of time.. I only got to ask about the possibility of a Coulson figure (which was a no) and to find out the scale of the Hulk figure compared to the rest of the series

I was at Toys R Us today and they had tons of Hasbro Avengers merchandise. Tons. It was a pretty awesome sight. I got the Cap, Iron Man, Thor, and Hulk Mini Muggs.

I was at TRU today and noted the Avengers Mini-Muggs .. some guy and his kid were spazzing out at 'Avengers stuff' .. grabbed a couple and went to the cash. Not five minutes later, a TRU employee came over and pulled them all off the shelves ... gave me a chuckle .. makes me wonder if they were denied ... shoulda kept that Thor one in my hands.. oh well

went back to the TRU that pulled the Mini-Muggs yesterday and they put out the 8 Inch Thor, Captain America and Iron Man figures .. lol. I'm just hoping the first two waves of the basic figures are all out on the 'official release date' in Canada... it appears they are in the states if people are finding Hulks and Lokis
