I see....well usually for something like that, it depends on their infraction history. First time, a warning, subsequent times after that, I would give an infraction.

It's the rules as stated in FAQs...

If you are on probation, you may not post under any account for the amount of days for which you are on probation. Violation of this probation will result in the permanent banning of your ORIGINAL account (permanent loss of entire post count, avatars, etc.,) and an extension of your probation to your NEW name. Continued violation of this rule may result in IP banning. If you are permanent banned, you may not return to Hype. Note: the Administrators and Moderators can tell if you hold more than one account.

I would still like to discuss this with you, because there seems to be an obvious misunderstanding regarding this situation with me...

I'm going to admittedly miss him. All I remember from him are the ratings of things being either "phenomenal" or "really bad", nothing in between, and games he anticipate each year

What I spoke with you about at the beginning is still the decision of the admins. nothing has changed and nothing will change, the decision stands.

There are some banned members that I miss. The Iceman back in like 2007 was like the biggest troll I remember. He called everyone idiots for liking the first Transformers movie and ranted and raved in other movie threads, basically acting like a child because people had different opinions than him/her. The rants were just so hilarious to read that you really couldn't get mad at a person that stupid.

It is a long sorted story, that does not follow the same line that other bannings have followed. Suffice it to say, Sometimes we ask for things that we really don't want. SB will have to give you the rest of the story if he so chooses.

Yea I got banned several years ago. But I settled all that with a mod and I gotten in to trouble here for a long while. I originally got banned for standing up for my beliefs after someone called me stupid for being a Christian.

The problem with that is that you are punishing me for something I never did, making a false accusation against me and not even giving me a chance to defend myself or even know what is going on.

I've made no second account, and where you are getting this from I have no idea, but it is not from my actions.

I just think it's a pretty raw deal to get kicked out of the forum for defending myself from attacks from other posters, and then getting kept out of the forum for something I didn't do and have no knowledge of, and I think it's a shame you wont even discuss the matter with me, tell me what exactly happened, and give me a chance to defend myself.

As far as I can tell...you have been told repeatedly what happened by the staff (one of them being me). You just don't like what you are being told.

You went too far with a post in the XMen forums, and got temp banned from them.

A new poster registered and posted in the XMen forums. People said it sounded like the way you post.

An IP check was done on the new name...and it was matched to yours. So you were permanately banned from the X forums.

You can cry conspiracy...you can cry foul...you can cry Havok and let slip the dogs of war (see what I did there...used an XMen and Shakespeare reference in the same line)......but it comes down to this. You are no longer allowed to post in the X forums.
