As it stands now, I'll play with the reg outfit on Hard my first go through. If they have a Batman 89 skin then I'd have to use that one.

Man o man... do i wish TAS was a "mode" for the game.. and turned at least all the villains into there animated series look... gah! i miss back in the N64 days when many games came with different "modes"

I want this game, with all the alternate skins, right now.

I'd settle for TAS challenge map. Something a bit more cartoony looking so the TAS skin doesn't look so out of place. Then again, looking out of place is going to be half the fun with that skin! :woot:

What?

yeah, for instance Goldenye had "paint ball and DK mode", Spider-Man 64 had "what if?" mode... etc.. there were modes that would change all the characters in a game, and sometimes also effect not only the gameplay itself.. but the graphics of the entire game

Gosh, I'd almost forgotten about the "What If?" mode from the ps1 Spidey game. Now stuff like that brought in real re-play value. I remember Mini-Ock, the Watcher showing up, and some sort of disco light fight with Carnage. What else was there to "What If?" mode?

I remember that!! hahaha it was funny. I loved the ending cutscenes to those two games. the prisons...ahhh good times.

Didn't Ghost Rider show up riding on the side of a building?

What If? Mode was ****ing incredible.

any news on how to get those suits in the USA?

i'm most excited to play as the dkr and BTAS suits.

I'll prob stick with the default costume.

The only other costume that looks right to me is, surprisingly, the Earth One costume.

however, if they included the Nolan costumes, especially the TDK one, I'd use those.

wonder if they will include the new Relaunch costume.........

i won't even play a second as the default suit if i don't have to.

i don't like the suit, and i hate not having lenses.

it also depends on how well the other suits look in the context of the game.

the default one fits the best because....well.....it's the default one.......lol.

The animated one looks way out of place........

the others, I'd have to see them in action.

AW man those look awesome!! :awesome:

The batman animated one looks a little... weird but I think its the chin and the eyes are so wildly different from the other ones.

My favourite is between 1970's and TDKR costumes. My second run through will probably consist of me playing as the latter.

Is this it or are there more to be confirmed (I'm greedy I know :awesome:)??

I think it looks ridiculous but im glad they kept the cartoon styling. I mean thats great fan service. I personally wont use it, but i prefer them to give it the classic animated look.

the body and style actually looks fine and i'd keep the white eyes just make them smaller like this

the ones on the skin just seem too large and round

I can't help but remember Batman copycats carrying guns from TDK looking at this image

I won't play hard, I'll start with easy as usual, or Normal mode since Normal is better than easy in the older game. If the 89 suit is there since the start I will play with it and ignore the rest

Hard mode wasn't too difficult last time around. The only problem is that there isn't a "bat-sense" when someone is going to hit you, anymore. You have to feel the combat and guess when it's time to counter attack. Also, bullets do more damage, but you just need to be careful, like Batman.

If Hard mode in Arkham City is like that, then it'll be a breeze to finish it, compared to other games.

The Batman Returns costume was so much better than the Batman '89 costume.

I thought so, it was just a matter of time before they announced it, especially after the Bane and Catwoman partnerships.

Especially considering they tried to justify his design with his personality, which would never be seen in challenge maps.
