Best villains for me;
- The Joker. Over used but consistently brilliant. Special kudos to Origins and Knight for really showing why he is Batman's greatest nemesis.
- Scarecrow. He was great in Asylum, but John Noble's performance in AK really shot him up to the truly great.
- Bane in Origins. This how Bane should be done. Cunning, ruthless, strategic, and menacing.
- The Penguin. Mainly for City and Origins, Cobblepot was fantastic. From his museum of horrors in City, to his barbaric ship of fights in Origins. I loved the personal grudge he had against the Waynes.
- Mr. Freeze. For both City and the Cold Cold Heart DLC. They nailed the tragic character of Victor Freis and his origin.
I wouldn't deduct points off him for that, just like I wouldn't for Joker in spite of the stupid Titan Joker ending in Asylum.

Yeah he was at first but I was mixed on TN-1 Bane at the end
