If so, I am very happy to see that he is still breaking bones. I was afraid they'd tone down his violence too much in subsequent films.

He was giving her a CPR, and she kissed him, after which he backed away and pinned her down. As to why she did it... it is Harley (and pretty sexualized one in this film, not unlike "Arkham" games), I guess she found it amusing to mess with him.

From what I recall, I don't think he speaks in that scene at all. I believe he only speaks in this film when apprehending Deadshot.
