Gonna throw a new name into the hat.

Christopher Abbott, aka Kit Harrington's clone.

Gave one of the best performances of 2015 in James White.

He looks like the son of Antonio Banderas.

He's very good. Of course he'd only work if Matt Reeves goes with a younger Batman, which rumors suggest he isn't. But he certainly qualifies as a "fresh face." He really hasn't made the jump from the indie circuit yet.

He's probably not the best actor out there (given he's taken crappy roles), but what about Theo James?

He's got the voice for it.

I suggested him a little while ago for Nightwing but I could see him as a young Bruce. He was really good in It Comes at Night, The Sinner and Girls.

It's actually quite fitting. Looks aside, he's got the voice and demeanor for it. Could actually be a terrifying villain, as opposed to babyface Cillian.

Cillian did have the voice and demeanor to make the contrast work, but I'm assuming his character simply wasn't written to do so.

Heck even with the oddball "you're really just fancasting Dick/Terry", Murphy would still be one of the most believable as Bruce Wayne.

None of the suggestions on this page are good. I can appreciate that people are thinking outside of the box, but sometimes that’s not the answer.

It doesn’t do much for the conversation, but Jake Gyllenhaal is just so far and above all the other candidates

But I don't really like any of the suggestions. Driver is interesting but I'd rather see him as Red Hood or a younger Black Mask or a younger Scarecrow.
