Being Batman entails more than just being a good actor.

Right. There are dozens of actors out there that fit the "likable, older mentor" mold. Same goes with Alfred. There's a reason why those casting threads aren't as lively as this one is.

To be fair, he probably knew the pressures of playing a superhero when he signed on to Fantastic Four. Had that movie been a hit, he would have been playing Reed Richards for a number of years (thank God it bombed).

I would honestly boycott if Miles Teller was cast as Batman, and I hate boycotts. The dude has the worst, most punchable face and overall personality.

He was great in Whiplash, but I would otherwise say he is an overrated actor.

Also, while Reeves probably has the final say on who's gonna be Batman, I doubt he can just cast someone the studio would outright hate. And I can guarantee you if there's one person the studio would despise is Teller.

And yeah... he probably knew the pressure of being in Fantastic 4.... but since that movie came out he also got arrested.

Also, hes ugly as HELL. And I know everyone brings up Keaton in these situations, but Keaton didn't have a punchable face, he just had very unique features, he wasnt a dick and if anything, he's more comparable to someone like let's say Benedict Cumberbatch

Evan Peters is worse looking than Stellar Tellaarr and also is kind of chubby, thin, weak and has absolutely no build or imposing presence. He is as good an actor as he is so why opt for a worse choice.

Pattinson would be an excellent choice as well. Some other quality choices would be Robert Sheehan and Garrett Headlind

Brady corbett could be another interesting choice. None of these guys are as good though as the real stellar top pick

Well, Mario also revealed John Glover is in SHAZAM, some casting things about Jumanji, I think Star Wars as well and months ago he was the first to report on the child actor they were going to use for young Bruce on Joker.
