I've never heard Bomer referred to as baby faced before? He's got pretty chiseled features, he just looks good for his age really? Armie however yes but it even goes beyond that really for why he wouldn't be suited for the role.

One can be baby faced and simultaneously have chiseled features.

Really? I think some people are confusing youthfulness with baby facedness? Generally someone with a baby face has rounder softer features pretty much the opposite of a chiseled look.

I don't see how anyone can look at this and see a baby face?

As for Armie facially I don't even think his biggest problem is a baby face it's more he has this bland generic type of look to him.

Yeah, you're right. Sometimes baby faced and youthful/boyish looking can be interchangeable though.

Bomer is good.

Problems I forsee though:

Needs to bulk up & unproven in darker roles.

bomer has that more pretty boy with strong facial structure works well for superman since he is a boy scout who has that hint of innocence even henry has that

but i just feel batman needs more rougher facial structure with a certain darkness about them

like how bale had

Exactly. Wes Bentley, I think, has it too; that is, what Bale and Fassbender have.

This thread has gone to hell. How many posters active here are actually making genuine suggestions, and how many are just trolling or here to exchange gifs? It takes about ten minutes to scroll down the page because of all the crap.

this screams bruce wayne and selina kyle! No need to look elsewhere!

Wow. That was embarrassing. The ogre-guy is an appalling actor. Maybe he could play Steppenwolf. If the character was dubbed by someone else.

Absolutely, he looks like a haunted man who sleeps rarely and obsesses constantly.

Fassbender's lot is tied in with Fox and the X-Men Franchise for the foreseeable future. He'd be great but he's a loooong shot at this point.

:yay:thats why i badly want fassbender for it he has that look especially the eyes

but can also be damn charming

Fassbender's probably my favorite actor these days. As Magneto in particular, he conveyed strength, intensity, passion, and complexity unlike any actor in a comic book film before him. He'd be an amazing Bruce Wayne. That said, he seems to have too much on his plate right now to be cast in the yet-to-be-named MOS sequel. You never know though.

Rebooting Batman would be a big mistake the amazing spider-man film Batman and Robin and batman forever have strangely one thing in common, they have all insulted the intelligence of the audience, they all have been profitable but they have all insulted badly the audience. We already saw the Dark Knight on screen Batman Begins was a new story, the untold story of batman like the Dark Knight series of comics when Bruce Wayne receive the revelation of the Bat by a shaman. A young actor will give the signal for a rebooting of Batman and rebooting Batman is repeating the mistake of the amazing spider-man i got enough of the condescension against the viewers.

The very thought of Joe M in this movie fills me with abject horror.

I'm sure he was suggested somewhere in the last ten pages, but just for the heck of it...how about Matt Bomer?

Ironically he voiced Superman in Superman: Unbound, so it'd be a fun twist if he ended up playing Batman. Saying he has a good look for Bruce Wayne is pretty much a given. He's got a bit of a cult following and is probably at the ideal level of fame for the next actor to don the cowl. A familiar face, yet under the radar for a lot of people.

A worthy contender, I'd say. He's 35, but I think that's a good age range to be casting in. You don't want the guy who follows Bale to look like a baby. That's one reason I can't fully get behind Armie Hammer.

Yes to Bomer. Yes, please.

I see some wont a young actor, a young actor would hurt Batman i don' t know if it will hurt fatally Batman but it will surely hurt. A young actor can be use for solo Batman adventure, for World's Finest and the justice league an older Batman is needed and necessary no need to twist the audience. Batman is not broken, it ain't broke don't fix it. A reboot is for a broken franchise Batman movies are performing greatly critically and financially.

i agree i want an actor atleast henry's age of 30

between 29 - 39 would be ideal

my preferred actors would be to just name a few

Michael Fassbender(Shame,X men First Class) - 36

Definitely agree with James Badge Dale I think he'd be great.

Matt Bomer I think would be interesting, he'd definitely be a fantastic Bruce Wayne and I think he could pull off Batman.

I would love Bomer, but I think that what truly is holding him back from being a fan choice is that he hasn't done a 'dark' role. So many aren't sure if he can pull off Batman, but Bruce that role he has in the bag.

I'm going to mention him because I know we will reach this point eventually. Andrew Lincoln. There my work here is done. :o
