Batman forever came during the beginning of the cgi boom in hollywood so it had that extra advantage over burton's films. With CGI, they were able to do shots that burton and co. could never hope to do in the 80s.
My fav shot in forever though is one that doesn't involve cgi. It's just the cool comic book pose batman and robin strike while standing on Nigma's island. That was badass.
