Alright. I change my stance on this subject. Yes, its a bad movie. But I still like it.
Alright. I change my stance on this subject. Yes, its a bad movie. But I still like it.
I'm watching it & it's at the part where Poison Ivy removes the gorilla costume to try & seduce Batman & Robin. I must say, Chris O'Donnell was superb as Robin, it was Clooney that messed up with his wobbly ass head.
The casting wasn't all wrong, Chris O'Donnell's Robin was very close to TAS incarnation of Dick Grayson/Robin. He did a good job.
Wow. Do you guys have jobs?t:
Whatever you say. I love Robin, I liked O'Donnell in the role. BUT, the dialogue, premise, acting of the entire movie was bad.
Plus they should have kept him in a more classic Robin suit, than a more Nightwing one.
To me Chris seemed to improve in B&R & the conflict between him & Batman actually reminded me of the conflict Robin had with Batman in TAS episodes "Robin's Reckoning."
Great episode, actually it's a two part episode if I remember correctly...But that TAS episode was done a hell of a lot better than a multi-million dollar live action movie. That tell ya something?
I know, that's why I said episodes & not episode. Btw, everything done in TAS was better than the Batman movies (except for '89 which is what started it all).
The first three movies were great, don't get me wrong, but I love TAS, it was put together so well. However, isn't the first Batman movie what started TAS?
Yep yep, Michael Keaton was the BEST Batman of that franchise. His Bruce Wayne was okay, not the best, but okay. As of now, I'd say that Batman is my favorite superhero. I have all five movies so I'm happy that I can go watch them at any time which is why I'm watching B&R. I mean, hey, I bought it, so I mine as well watch it, right?
My dad bought BF & B&R for me at the same time & I was eager to watch them. This was all last summer. BF grew on me while I will never like B&R the same way I like BF. I have ROTJ but I don't have it uncut. I actually thought I was buying the first few episodes of BB but I ended up getting the censored version of ROTJ which I'm glad I got. I want to get the four seasons of TAS but I don't know where I can buy them online & pay money & not have to pay by credit card.
You don't get it, I don't have a credit card yet, I'm not even out of Middle School yet (I will be this year though). I want to pay cash but I can't seem to find any of the DVD's at Blockbuster, K-Mart, of Gamestop.
I only have about 12 of the episodes on DVR & four episodes on VHS tapes.
What the hell are you talking about? I can hardly understand what you wrote, I think you need to use the edit button.
Sorry I'm a bit tired. What I meant to say was:
How the hell am I suppose to know how old you are kid?
And I thought this second part was fairly clear:
And why the heck are you up so late if you are in middle school anyway? It's almost 2 am.
I never said you were supposed to know, just that I'm too young to have a credit card & I can stay up as long as I want, it's the weekend for Christ's sake.
