Not a comic book reference but the Kryptonian on Superman's suit is from Joseph Campbell's the Hero with a thousand faces.

Parademons abducting people is the biggest Easter Egg I've seen in the trailers yet.

Jason Todd's (most likely) Robin outfit spray-painted, most likely as a desecration to his murder by the hands of The Joker being another.

This one is total speculation, but you know how kryptonite is radioactive and it gave Lex cancer in the comics? Well, I think his creation of it will be a much more volatile version, causing cancer very quickly to Lex, making him lose his hair. And if you notice in Trailer #2 where he mock-flicks Lois' head, you see a bandage on his hand. I'm wondering if he cut himself on it and it is now in his bloodstream, doing its cancerous work. My guess. Again, total speculation.

This is brilliant stuff. Lex just tore apart both the Super and the Man of Superman's name. And what he really wants to say is he's the superman. Really hope the movie has this quality of dialogue porn.

That part of the interview reminds me of this quote from Azzarello's Luthor: Man of Steel mini:
