Yes but to you they are done right? since they are better villains then Clayface or Mastermind you mentioned.

The thing is I would really like to see how they do Killer Croc, Clayface and Mastermind on screen. And even better yet in this new type of realistic Batman movie it would be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO kick ass and maybe even put the spidey villains to shame

I'm still of the opinion that Ventriloquist/Scarface should make an appearance. Mostly a small, bit part... but God, just thinkin' about it gives me the willies. They could get extremely dark with that (ie: Scarface getting into a heated argument with and then shooting Ventriloquist. Yeesh!)
