I would like James Marsden as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern.

He's no stranger to CBM's as Cyclops and was written as a better hero than Supes in Superman Returns so if Evans and Affleck got a shot as a headlining superhero, I think Marsden has the charm and humor to pull off Hal Jordan. He's in killer shape as well.
