Also, I'm starting to think the white eyes look doesn't really look that well in live action..and I love the angry slits in the comics.

Also, Black Panther looks like a Power Ranger (unpopular opinion, I know)

I just think it's how it's shot (the angle of this picture) and the particular filter they used. It looks way better in the posters.

Filter filter filter filter filter filter mf filter. People use terms that other people are familiar with to make points in forums. Be they technically/professionally correct or not. If you want to give the professionally correct term be my guest. And you know what, it might actually be more beneficial. But you'd rather be an ass.

Well the only poster we have is the EW cover and it could be modified, the others are promo art not actual shots, so we haven't had any "real" shot or pic were we can say it looked way better and right now in the real shots or footage the suit hasn't been what I expected. However it's still early and only few pics/footage have been published to give a complete judgement so we will see that in the upcoming months.

Now let's be more serious about that. The term filter is not only inaccurate but it's also overly reductive.
In the case of th BP shot it's only a matter of :

- Exposure (which includes adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, brightness, highlight and shadow)

- Extremely low bitrate (usually half a DVD one to make a comparison) which means a huge loss of details

- The Russo Bros. and Trent Opaloch having no talent when it comes to visual

There's also the black level which seems particularly off. But it's just a trailer after all, everything could change (obviously when it comes to the bitrate).

Also do not make a comparison with the UHQ promo shot which has been HDRised to death in order to make every bit of detail pop out.

Filters (plural I insist) are only an very small part of the colour grading process (that's the accurate terms when you talk about colours).

In honor of Star Wars Episode VII's release, I took every BvS/Star Wars crossover Zack Snyder posted on Twitter (Cavill as a Jedi, Batman and R2D2 on Tatooine, C3PO as Batman, a stormtrooper getting arrested for stealing the Batmobile) and merged them into one scene, adding Wonder Woman with Princess Leia's blaster.

Also, about Superman's green lightsaber: Every jedi is required to create their own lightsabers using crystals.
Supes' chose to use Kryptonite, which is symbolic of him conquering his one weakness by becoming one with the Force.

I wouldn't mind getting a handful of those. :p

Something I longed for in the Trinity shot is for Supes to have glowing red eyes as they ready for battle.
