Hahaha, nah. Bale's voice is fine for short lines (or should it be growls) like "Swear to me!" When it's a real conversation, that's when it just gets funny. Though, from my understanding, in TDK they did some work in post to make his voice sound worse. I'd be fine if his voice was like he did it in BB when revealing to Rachel who he really was.

Or you could look at it this way... Would BTAS have been as great if Conroy did his voice like Bale's?

I can't believe people are actually going against Conroy for being the voice of Batman. I'm sure he'll tone down his voice to sound much younger. He is a voice actor after all.

Bring back Bruce Greenwood. He was great in Red Hood.

No, he wasn't. And he's even worse in Young Justice.

If they're following the comic, Bruce is only 25. It most definitely should be a younger sounding voice.

Conroy can do a younger sounding Bruce. Easily. He sounded great in Gotham Knight.

I wish Conroy would just retire so we could stop these endless cycles of Conroy-Batman voice.

Ugh. They really need to stop with getting Conroy all the time. Lately, it's been feeling like stunt casting with him because people put him on such a high pedestal.

Oh and how do you base this off outside of your opinion? Using the argument he's been the longest Batman is a weak argument since he was working with the DCAU before it was canceled more or less. Are you telling me since Adam West has easily played Batman the longest he's the best, or Christian Bale who will star in a total of 3 Batman movies is the best Batman and *the* best Batman voice?

If we wanna go with the rule of popularity, let's check Facebook. Conroy's wikipedia page has 1,841 likes while his Batman fanpage (non official in anymeans) has 1,060 likes. Adam West's facebook fanpage alone has 55,130 fans alone, why can't we have Adam West doing Batman voice since he's so popular?

There are reasons why Kevin shouldn't be Batman in this flick, the first reason being Andrea Romano and Bruce Timm being very strict on whom they cast on each movie, as Mark Hamill during 2010 SDCC talked how he didn't accept the role of Joker in Under the Red Hood because they didn't want to cast Conroy as Batman as they had him on the other film franchise.

2nd comes the fact Conroy's young-bruce voice according to himself (thru the commantaries from Batman: Gotham Knight) is that he talks faster, telling the viewers that young people talk faster and thus he just speeds up his voice to sound more energic and young.

Is that the sound we want to hear? When Batman busts out the Falcone crime family and tells them their time has come, do we wanna hear something of an 50 year old man trying to imitate a younger voice thru speeding up all of his dialogue, or do we want a great young voice actor deliving us a deep, gritty voice full of desire for revenge and blind optimistic hope for a better future.

As I've said before, Conroy and everyone tend to match up pretty well with their respective versions. Except for Conroy and Gotham Knight. That should've been done with different actors for each short.

Prove it with your facts. You told me your arguments we're based off facts, where are they?

Oh and since Bruce Greenwood is the rising star for the next generation of internet users and teenager fans, shouldn't both West and Conroy step out and makeway for the new generation Batman? Young Justice ratings are good, Batman Under the Red Hood has 100% on Rotten Tomatoes while being the highest selling DC animated flick of 2010, beating out Conroy's Superman/Batman movie for example.

Are you saying a 50 year old trying to imitate a 25 year old (which is 5 years younger than Gotham Knight Bruce) is how he was being written? Hoe he was viewed by the public? Don't we want a perfect adaption of Year One? Like i said, comics always have written Batman's voice much more gravely, hoarse and deep than what Conroy pulls off.

IS doing Young Justice.Batman was supporting character In Superman/Batman:Apocalypse and so far no talk of another Superman/Batman film.So why not use him again.They don't use him on every project.Now If they use another actor for year one because they want to use Kevin for a 2012 DTA Batman film that would be good(Like maybe Hush or Knightfall)

Which is based upon mere opinions, honestly noone here wants to see Conroy once again trying to imitate a youngster Wayne, it's just laughable when he does it. I mean even in the emmy nominations he only received a nomination when he was doing an old Bruce Wayne.

not everyone agrees. I desperately miss the old days when he would make a clear distinction between Bruce Wayne's voice and Batman's. If he's going to do it here, then I'm even more pumped than ever about this.
