What are the battle conditions for this match, I/P?

Sorry I'm not the biggest TV buff so I'll do what I can

They fight with their usual weapons in the middle of a ....big ...random ........field with no other objects that can interfere with the battle.

If you need more specific info I can give it a go or you can ask the all knowing Sloth7d who requested this match.

So, they fight with said weapons in the said field with no interference. But since Sloth7d used the logic of Xena being all mighty powerful when evil and killing demi gods and warlords, it threw me off track. Is Xena supposed to be evil in this match or normal?

She can be either, so if she is more powerful in evil form then she may revert to this in order to win the battle.

Even though I liked Xena more than the Hercules show, I have to say that Herc would put a hurting on "The Warrior Princess." But man, did I like Xena.

You are in the middle of the inhospitable Amazon with only the most basic of supplies. It is a true battle for survival against both the elements and the unfriendly inhabitants. This battle is made slightly more difficult by the presence of the

PREDATOR



who has not eaten so far today. Additionally, as an international fugitive, you are being hunted by fully armed, government backed

UNIVERSAL SOLDIERS





who have access to all-terrain jeeps and choppers to help them navigate the jungle. They also have tracking devices and an almost unlimited supply of ammo and weapons at their disposal to feed their trigger happy needs. Unfortunately yet another alpha predator has caught your scent:

BERSERKER WOLVERINE



This dude has truly lost his mind to rage and is desperate for his next kill.






Who gets you first?

I like this battle, at first I thought it was just a three sided deathmatch(which wolverine would win hands down), but happy to see a twist.

I'd say the Predator gets to you first, since he's a verified hunter and had long range tracking and weapons, including stealth. He'd take you out before you ever knew you were in trouble.

Wolverine is an unparalelled tracker, but unlike the Predator, he'd then have to move to you to take you out, which would take time.

The Universal Soldiers would get tied up with their tech and gadgets, they're best bet would to just carpet bomb the jungle in hopes that they get you.

This is good. I would have to agree that Predator would get to you first.

Berserker Wolverine is really needing that next kill. So I see it has Wolverine taking out the Universal Soldiers, but the Soldiers don't go down without a fight, so they take out eachother, or Wolverine survives the contact with the soldiers only to be takin' out by Predator.

My Vote - Predator

Now the next question is: Can you hold your own against whoever you want to win? If I was a fugitive, I think I would have some skills to take on these guys. Maybe you can grab some supplies from the Universal Soldiers, after they are down and out.

This was a good idea Iceman/Psylocke. We should have some of these more frequently.

I must say that I'm enjoying reading these different analyses on the topic. By the way, votes can be changed at any time until voting is declared closed allowing everyone to read other people's arguments in case they are strong enough to convince them to change their mind.

I'll try and think up (with your able assistance) matches that encourage a bit of debate to keep things interesting here.

In this match, I would also agree with CrypticOne that as a fugitive you have certain skills that you can use to defend yourself, although any attempt at a straight fight against these guys would be enough to certify you as clinically insane. The best source of supplies lies with the Unisols so you'd have to hope that your hunters encounter each other before they find you.

Although, even if my fate was sealed I would still look for a gun or similar weapon to provide some basic form of resistance in the hope that I could keep enemies at range / create a distraction until some plot device turns up to save the day (Rambo or Dutch - please hear my prayers, or even The A-Team ).

I'm too numb to be intelligent, so I'll make it short: Predator. Being in the middle of nowhere with a Predator on the loose...you might as well be dead already. Hey, have a Predator come running at my face with those bare teeth and I might just get lucky and die of a heart attack. The face haunts me.

Really, it all comes to one question: how do you want to die? Getting skinned alive? Getting stabbed multiple times? I haven't seen US in ages, so I can't really remember how they usually kill. Correct me if I'm wrong. Getting shot? Out of those three, getting skinned alive is NOT what I had in mind for a death. I'm pretty sure it'd hurt like a ***** unless the Predator doesn't kill you first. I speak from experience. Having my bandage taken off of my bare right ear in a week or two after surgery a dozen years ago hurt like a mothar.

Just in case there's any confusion the Universal Soldiers are programmed to kill and certainly won't be helping you (the method of death may be more pleasant but the likeliness of survival shoudln't be that different to the other two) and will have by far the best resources and back up of the 3 sides. I was hoping for a more even spread of votes between the 3.
