radditz at power level 1200 can catch bullets which travel the speed of sound... a bullet to radditz is like a bullet in the matrix....but at powerlevel 800,000(i believe thats picollo's when he faught friesa) ,couldnt see friesa beam kill dende....but vegeta and goku could....goku was fast enought to block each rapid fire shot with one hand...but couldnt touch friesa at 50%(6,000,000 p.l)without going kaiokenx20....and this is all b4 he even turns supersayin...trunks which is way faster than cyborg friesa(who is supposed to be faster and stronger then b4) could hit goku once with a sword in which goku blocked with 1 finger....that goku wouldnt stand a chance in speed against impefect cell...imperfect cell is no where near as fast as perfect....perfect cell is as fast as instant transportation during battle...ssj2 gohan is so ast that cell cant detect his speed..ssj2 gohan is not faster than ssj3(500,000,000(estimate)..... all light speed fighting goin on here....

If you're referring to the Daizenshu, that's not exactly canon, and I'm pretty sure they also don't note anything past Trunks' fight with Frieza.

Yeah, Daizenshu's is what they are called. The last recording is Trunks' power level of 5, which really makes more than 75% of that list complete and utter bull**** (and you said most, not some).
