Comics Best Christmas Spidey yarn!

I was always a fan of the Spidey/X-Man 2 parter that happened just after the clone-saga ended. Most Spidey X-mas stories are forgettable filler, but that one was pretty touching because it focused on all Spidey lost that year (Aunt May, the baby). And I really liked the chemistry between Pete and Nate Grey (RIP). What about you? What's YOUR favorite yuletide arachnid tale?

Yeah, but if you actually read it, it's a terrible story. Great idea though.
