Best QUOTES

"Trust me; when I make things disappear, they stay buried."

"I don't care about the past, I believe in the power to reinvent yourself."

Clark: "I didn't know you were such a history buff."
Lex: "I'm not; I'm just interested in people who ruled the world before they were thirty."

" i am kal-el of krypton, its time for m fulfill my destiny"

Victoria: Sleeping with you was just business.

Lex: I hate to think what that makes you...

Lol! Out of all the great ones, that's one of the best. And the way Lex says it is perfect. Who could watch him say that and not want to be him in that scene!

A couple of other favorites:

Transferance:
Clark(Lionel) when Lana enters the barn: Oh great... this one...
:D

Rosetta:
Clark to Dr. Swan with the theme music in the background: Sorry doctor, you must have me confused with someone else!

Crosby -"i know what its like to love someone who's destiny is greater than your own"

Martha-"you and Doctor Swan"

Crosby - "In another life time"

Clark- "Dad i know you don't agree with me, but Sometimes taking responsibility means having faith in yourself to make the hard choices"

Chloe- "mikail Myxllll...uhh"

Mxy -" Mxyzptlk, let me guess, you want to buy a vowel"

Clark (to Jonathan): "Every hand shake… Every hug… Every time I'm out on that field I make a conscious decision to fall when those guys hit me so they don't get hurt. No matter how hard you try, you can't understand that. That's why it's my decision, not yours."

This quote is from this weeks episode, Spell:

Clark: "It was magic"
Martha with a smile on her face: "I'm sure it was"

Lex: Just remember boys - you keep my secret, and I'll keep yours. [pause] And If you don't, you'll find out you're not the only ones who can reach through walls.

I've always loved that one.

Lois - "why are we lying in the dirt?:

chloe - "and what the hell am i wearing?"

Clark: [Weakly.] You're not a murderer! That's not who you are!

Bart: You don't know who I am!

Clark: Yes, I do. Bart, I saw you save my dad. I've seen the good in you. Bart, you've got to stop running, or in the end you'll just be alone. You don't want that. I know you don't. I know because down deep, we're the same.

Bart: I wish that was true, Clark.

I find these lines to be great, almost foreshadowing Clark as the redeeming Christ-like figure he will become in the future.

Actually, Shakespeare said that first (Julius Ceasar, Act III scene I), so does it still count? But it is a good one...

Very appropriate for that scene... Love it when Lex is a bad boy.

"Barry Allen, Wally West. Seem to have a bunch of idenities...Bart"

Loved that.

That's West, Wally West...

Don't let the Flash fans catch that mispell. :D

was going to make a quotes thread but instead i figured i'd just bump this thread :p

one of my favs is in my sig :D

Clark: Lois? She's bossy, she's stuckup, she's rude. I can't stand her.
Lana: The best ones always start that way.

not sure if thats what was exactly said, got it off a site though

Lex: A high school boyfriend isn't a husband; he's an obstacle.

Funniest:

Bart: (I'm from) the future.
Chloe: Really?
Bart: I ran all the way back through time to tell you we're still in love 100 years from now.

Heh... I used that pick-up line myself. :)

Most heartbreaking (I sure know I teared up)

Chloe: Why don't you just walk away from your dad?
Lex: Because he won't give me the one thing I ever wanted from him.
Chloe: And that would be...?
Lex: I want him to love me.

"The man of Tomorrow is forged by his battles of today."
Lex Luthor.

Lana: So what are you: Man or Superman?
Clark: I haven't figured it out yet.

Okay, serious BUMP here, but I couldn't resist...

From Oracle:

Chloe [To Clark]: You have to promise to keep a cool head and back-burner those "American Psycho" instincts.

Get it? Anybody? Buehler? :D

Nope, dont get it. :(

But I loved Fine saying to Clark "Clark there's no such thing as vampires"

And Chloe had some other great lines in Oracle. The scene at the Planet with Lionel and Clark.

Nothing beats "Muffin peddling dropout, speaking of which, do you have any Blueberry banana left?"

Lex is awsome.
