Best Virtual Console games?

I got some Wii points for the first time. What would be the best virtual console games?

I'm lookin' into maybe Streets of Rage and Golden Axe. Are the sequels to those games as good or better? I'll possibly get Super Metroid if its on there too.

The Legend of Zelda
Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link > Both of these are awesome classics!

Castlevania 1, 2, 3 - All worth the purchase, difficult, where it all started.

Super Mario 64 if you never played it.

There is so much worthwhile content on the VC it's not even funny, people just have to look for it with an open mind and not dismiss it because it's not Super Mario RPG or Earthworm Jim or something.
