Best X-Men Roster

India by way of Guyana. The actual Indians are a few generations back, so I guess West Indian would be more appropriate, even though it means basically the same thing ethnically.

I don't know, I haven't cared enough to check. My mom said her mom has Indian, black, and Portuguese on her side and her dad has Indian and Chinese on his; my dad's whole family is pretty much exclusively Indian for the last few generations, as far as I know. He's tracing his genealogy now, though, so he might find something different. Who knows?

Except I haven't been able to golf the three or four times I've tried. I got over 150 feet or yards or however they measure that **** on the driving range a few times, though. That was cool.

Dude, you're totally dying before Tiger Woods and you know it. :o

The thought of Tiger getting any of my **** whipped me into such a rage that my fingers got ahead of my brain. :o

I know it will probably never happen, but the next time I would pick up an X-book would be if the original 5 got their own title or run,in current MU continuity,First Class doesn't count!,with a more superhero feel.

I know AXM was supposed to be a more superhero based approach, but as much as I love Cassaday, the stories were just not doing it for me.

The original five are just the original four now, and it seems like they'll be staying that way for a while. Unless a reincarnated Jean turns out to be the messiah in Messiah Complex. Which, honestly, I wouldn't put past Marvel at this point.

Not only would I not put it past them, but I also wouldn't be surprised at all.

Yeah, I started typing it as an offhand hyperbole, but it started making sense by the time I was done.

And honestly, I hope she does come back. Preferably without the Phoenix force, though.

I wouldn't mind that. The Phoenix is now enough to make me instantly stop reading an X-Men book. I'm so done with that **** and all its needless confusion and power one-upping that I don't ever want to see it again.

Thank you. I'm fine with Jean being uber-powerful, just let it be because of her X-gene.

I don't want her to be too uber-powerful. Powerful? Sure. More raw power than Xavier? Even that's okay. But she should still pale beside the likes of Cable, X-Man, or Franklin Richards, in my opinion. Her psychic power is what was so instrumental in allowing the former two to reach such outrageously high levels themselves. Chuck should have more finesse than Jean, too. In my perfect psychic hierarchy ("psierarchy," if you like), Jean would be able to blow Xavier's brain out the back of his skull in a pure contest of power, but Chuck would be so adept at psychic combat that he could sneak around in Jean's mind without her even knowing it.
