Days of Future Past Billing order.

I think these are at least the Top 8, in order:

Hugh Jackman
Patrick Stewart
Ian McKellan
Jennifer Lawrence
Michael Fassbender
James McAvoy
Halle Berry
Ellen Page

Lawrence would be second, no way would they pay patrick stewart more than lawrence.

I think he thinks "billing order" means actually what they are getting paid.:lmao:

Yeah, I don't think Billing Order ever equals salary most of the time.

Michael Caine got second billing on all three Batman movies. Do you really think his salary was higher than Anne Hathaway's in Rises? or Heath's?

I do think Michael Caine appearing in Batman Begins is the factor why he got billed first before those two.

And Patrick Stewart/Ian McKellen appearing in more X-Men movies than Jennifer Lawrence will be a huge factor why they would get billed first before Jennifer Lawrence.

This is mostly a First Class film starring Wolverine.

Hugh Jackman

X-Men Days of Future Past

James McAvoy
Michael Fassbender
Jennifer Lawrence
Halle Berry
Anna Paquin
Ellen Page
Peter Dinklage

And

Ian McKellen Partick Stewart

The trailer had this arrangement at the end and I see no reason to believe that that isn't the billing order, minus Paquin...most likely. It's not an insult to have McKellen and Stewart's name go last.

Yeah I think this will be the billing order too

Wolverine is in the movie from start to finish, that's a big guest star role

Could be called Wolverines adventures through time and no one would notice

Dosen't mean it will be seen through his point of view, it's xaviers film wich btw is awsome cause james will shine :D

While billing order does not depend on paychecks, Jennifer Lawrence is without a doubt the big name of the movie, even if she ends up appearing in just 2 minutes of the movie, and the X-Men movies while ensemble-ish they never go for the alphabetical "let's all be friends" order, so I wouldn't be surprised if Ms Lawrence goes right after Hugh Jackman, in fact, and I've said this before, if FOX had their way the billing order would look a little bit like this: "JENNIFER LAWRENCE is X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST"

They should just call the movie Wolverine, Mystique and the supporting Xmen. Lolol

Jackman is the face of this franchise and by far the most popular thing about it. His name will be in bold letters. After Jackman sure I think Lawrence role will be marketed the most out of all the other characters not named Wolverine. Sony marketed American Hustle on her name eventhough she plays the 5th most important character in the film.

If Fassbender gets a nomination for 12 Years a Slave, he'll get some attention.

With adjustments involving Anna Paquin, I think we're going to get this:

Hugh Jackman
Jennifer Lawrence
Michael Fassbender
James McAvoy
Halle Berry
Ellen Paige

with Ian McKellan

and Patrick Stewart

Again, out of the three 1st Classers on the roster, Jennifer is the biggest and hottest name right now. With her recently huge successes in the last Hunger Games and American Hustle films I doubt FOX won't capitalize on her momentum and push her above McAvoy and Fassbender.

Why would the billing order change from the order on the trailer. That seems like the one that they're going to use. Jennifer Lawrence may be the biggest name in the world but she is still second in terms of story to James and Michael. They will be billed before her (as the trailer shows) she will be billed next followed by Halle and I guess Ellen now that Anna's been cut.

Hugh Jackman
James McAvoy
Michael Fassbender
Jennifer Lawrence
Halle Berry
Ellen Page

Everyone else

With Ian Mckellen
And Patrick Stewart

I like this billing order not just because I predicted it back during the great billing debates.

Yeah, Jennifer's name isn't going to suddenly shoot up the list. But she's the biggest name in the film next to Jackman, so much like American Hustle*, her face will be all over the promo, but her name will still be in order or importance.

It's a bit funny that this thread still continues even though we got the order in the trailer. :p

*She was billed fifth, but she was still ALL over every poster and TV spot/trailer.

Why would the billing order change from the order on the trailer.

Well, trailers are not really the best way to gauge the true billing order of any film. The placement of star names in a trailer are used to bait audiences watching it in theaters, etc., to "bookmark it" in their memories for future film choices.

The TRUE billing order won't be revealed until the ending credits are shown. That's going to tell the true story, not the marketing placement from the trailers. As we've seen with the deletion of Anna Paquin, all of that is subject to change.

This.

I don't think the billing will change except for the removal of Anna Paquin's name... but I wouldn't be surprised if it changes, they have a big cast.

Looks like Stryker and his crew are not being billed

That's not official billing. We won't see that until the end credits for the movie.
