Bird Problem

its understandable. You dont want to live in fear. Confront the bird. It probably had a bad childhood. Tell it how you feel and it will leave you alone.

and stop giving it your lunch money.

some guy in the h.r. department at my office has the same problem. a cardinal has been flying into his window for about three weeks. it's funny to watch, but i'm sure he's more than sick of it by now.

That's where I am. It was funny at first, but now it's annoying.

The bird is trying to infect you with bird flu, you're the link that will mutate it and kill the world. Protect that window at all costs!

I'll do what I can! You can count on me!

What you can?!?! The fate of the world rests in your hands, bird flu is coming and you can stop it, didn't you watch the ABC special report on what will happen once the bird flu pandemic begins, the media has been warning us for months, flee in terror and cower in fear of the ineviatable bird flu apocalyspe!

This stupid Cardinal has been running into my window on and off for 3 days now. Either he's suicidal and not very good at it, or he's ******ed, or he sees his reflection as a threat.(that would be ******ed too I guess) So, I'm thinking cover up the window (it doesn't have shades or anything) or put one of those stuffed animals with the suction cups on it. Any other ideas?

I don't want to kill it. I also don't want to spend money on a shotgun.

Well covering the window with a blanket kept him away yesterday, but I had to take it down today and now he's back. Time for plan B.

If it works, that will be amazing. You will be in the ORLY hall of fame for actually finding a practical use for the thing.

Hanging it up now, let you know how it turns out.

Haha it's working! O RLY owl 1, Moronic Cardinal 0

LMAO! which ORLY version did you go with?

There has been so much stuff on Catholics that when I read the thread summary I thought you meant a religious cardinal. Anyway just shoot it :o

The cardinal did fly up but didn't hit the window. He flew away in fear. It was awesome.

Still no sign of the little guy since he flew away from it. If we all had the O RLY owl on our shirts would it save us from bird flu?
