As someone with piercings and tattoos, I'll never judge what anyone else might want to do with their bodies. It's their body. If they want to do something with it that suits their personal aesthetic tastes then I fully support their right to do that, as long as that's why they are doing it and not because they're trying to be trendy or be something they think others might think they should be. That said, I think many people don't really think completely through some of the things that they do to their bodies in terms of long term implications. Some of these modifications are full on permanent or present some extreme difficulty in reverting back from them, most likely leaving some sort of scarring or other unattractive tell-tale signs of their previous modification. Will she like having that thing under her skin when she's 65 years old? Hard to say, but I'm willing to bet probably not. But, it's her decision and if it's beautiful to her then that's all that really matters as far as I'm concerned.
