Honestly, for a female villain, some version of Madame Masque (season 2 of Agent Carter be damned) makes the most sense to me. A gender swapped version of a different character or an original character are my next two predictions. None of the characters in that list seem likely.

Silver Sabre is the probably the best character for Nicole Kidman. Then maybe save Black Cat for Spider-Man 5.

I could easily see Sable being made into a more traditionally villainous character instead of an anti-hero in the movie.

Either way, I expect her to be a 1 and done. But she's like in the top of the characters list alongside Black Cat that I want to see in a Spider-Man movie, that haven't appeared yet in any live action movie.

Silver Sable, renamed Sable Manfredi, appears in The Spectacular Spider-Man, voiced by Nikki Cox. This version is the daughter of the crime boss Silvermane and ex-girlfriend of Hammerhead.
