The Dark Knight Rises Bring Back the Batcave!

yup. it looks like the Batcave (at least the new/useable part) is a cube that comes/rises out of the water, with a bridge that connects with it... Kinda like a moat.

The Bat suit, Bat Computer, etc.. all come out from within this cube, in like a glass cube/case

And another cube for The Bat to land on. You could imagine more cubes still hidden should he need them.

Keeping everything hidden is a great idea carried over from the bat-bunker. To my knowledge it's never been implemented in the comics or anything else.
