The background: that does looks like the foundations from Batman Begins, altered because of the time between films, of course. I wonder if, just maybe, we're going to have both the Batcave and the Bunker? Main HQ and a backup, something like that. Though, I'm wondering about the various Batcaves Bruce may or may not have in TDKR; because yeah, that's No Man's Land, but also because Nolan is smart to have numberous elements from varius degrees of Batman stories without us noticing at first, unless it serves no purpose for the overall plot.

Don't think the bunker is a back up, as much as a last resort. I am think Bruce is going to have a camo tumbler of his own and other gear that is going to get seized by Bane along with the Batcave.
