Gokuu without using chi could train with 40 tons preasure.
Goku in volume 3 (DB) could move a 100 tons.
So with chi Gokuu would be able to lift up well, He could be able to move the solar system(In SSJ2 state), since it was stated that Sûpâ Kanzentaini Seru could destroy it in one blast.
As SSJ4 Gojita he could destroy the time-dimentions of the universes in a blink of an eye.
Universe -> made up by serval galaxies
Dimantions -> Many different Universes in different dimentions.
Time-Dimentions -> All dimentions in every timeline: -So if he did it year 2006 not even year 2000 would ever exist.

Here's the problem: Brocoli (that's his Japanese name, and it's STUPID!!) would most likely underestimate Hulk; he would think he could take him with one punch. That punch would make Hulk angry, and Hulk's powers increase dramatically the angrier he gets! So as Brocoli steps up his game, (anime charecters in general, and DBZ fighters in specific, will ALWAYS reveal their power in stages) Hulk just gets more and more powerful. Eventualy, Brocoli reaches his limit, but Hulk has NO limit!

Hulk having unlimited power is fantasy. If that was the case hulk could channel his energy to have him fly or be able to create blast or increase his speed but thats just not the case. Brolly could let hulk "power up" for a year and still be X1000 times stronger at the very minimun and decimate hulk with 1 punch in his face.
