They may not actually film in DC but might be taking reference photos to use when building sets/cgi later on. They did that on the first X-Men. Singer and his crew went to NYC and went inside the Statue of Liberty head to take pics of it for reference to use while building sets for the film's climax, for the shoot in Vancouver.

X-men 1 was Toronto :oldrazz:
2 and 3, though, were Vancouver.

And now we're in Montreal. :)

Boo! Back to the West Coast! Back to Van! :(

sorry, to the adminstrator,

there are like like too many threads for Xmen Days of Future Past . Suggestion, Can you just merge all those uneccessary threads??

Yes, movies do that all the time.

And speaking of Washington D.C., if I remember Erik and Charles had a scene at Washington D.C. after Hugh Jackman's cameo or am I wrong?

Well Bryan had wanted to do some location filming In New York but couldn't due to tight
budget.

I think with the budget this sequel will have and Bryan being on board again, and taking into account other blockbusters of recent years, I think Bryan could want to shot ON location, not all the movie, of course, but at least some key scenes that are set on real places.

It's official!

@BryanSinger

I would officially like to welcome @RealHughJackman to the cast of #Xmen Days of Future Past. Very excited! More to come...

Hoorah. Now the next casting news will be something we have no idea about.

It's highly likely Stewart and McKellen have officially signed their contracts. At least let's hope so. We don't want the bad press from that Patrick Stewart EW interview!

Now Let's hear Anna Paquin's name!

It would be false hope to want to see some Kelsey Grammar, wouldn't it?

He was so perfectly cast in such a lame movie... :csad:

I used to think he made for a good Beast until I saw laughably bad "Beast recites Shakespeare" deleted scene from X3. :(

Hoult's Beast is just not very good...

Now comes the guess work.Is Wolverine the time traveler or does he simply play major role In the likely 30 minutes In the future.

AWESOME!

Jackman, McKellan, and Stewart all confirmed to be coming back.

Hugh Jackman returning is kinda no surprise.

I think everyone sees it coming already.

Does anyone of you follows Bryan Singer on twitter or read his twitter daily?

I disagree. I thought both were superb... Shakespeare reciting aside.

Write a big enough paycheck and anybody will sign on :P Just depends on how much Fox shills out. With McAvoy/Stewart and Fassbender/McKellan on board, it would make sense for Grammar to join Hoult.
