Yeah, it looked like the bait and switch. Where you show people staring at a door... and cops rushing up steps, continue to cut between the two things until the cops eventually smash through the door... to an empty room. They weren't even in the same building. What prison? Management spirited him out of prison and took him to a nicely decorated room. The implication I got was that he was brought to Management's base or office or something and he's going to offer Mike an ultimatum: work for him this time or it's back to a long prison term for attempted murder, given that the cops caught him with a gun to Simon's head.
So it could just be Simon being put back into that hole they threw him in, or that nice room has a very dreary exterior.

Ready for some red-hot Burn Notice scoop? Sources confirm that Coby Bell — a graduate of The Game and Third Watch — is joining the cast as a series regular in season 4.
Bell’s character, Jesse Garcia, is a cocky, smooth, and sexy counter intelligence expert who has a chameleon-like ability to assume different aliases. He’s also able to read people instantaneously and come up with a character perfectly suited for preying on their vulnerabilities.
The big Q: Is Miami big enough for this guy and Michael?

Directing our new star Coby Bell in Ep3 of BN4. Awesome actor. Great experience. What a life!!
