Sell-Fantastic Four 2 being worse than the first.
Buy-Hulk being a mindless action flick.
Buy-Marvel buying back its characters from fox, (have all its characters in house)
Buy-Spider Man 3 as a close to highest grossing film of all time, it might make it,have to wait and see.
Buy-Iron Man as the next Marvel Blockbuster- (I'm a bit biase, I'm a life long Iron Man fan, and am very excited and happy with how its shaping up).

FF4 2 to be worse than the first. - I liked the first one. It was nothing great but it was a fun movie. I think that Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer will probally be the same

The New Hulk movie will end up being a mindless action flick - Buy, however a Hulk smash action movie would be rather cool

Marvel buying back all rights to its characters from FOX - Buy, I can see Marvel at least getting Daredevil back

Spiderman 3 to be the highest grossing movie of all time, or close to it - not gonna happen. Why the hell do people think that almost every superhero adaptation is going to be the next Titanic?

Iron Man as the next Marvel block buster - I can see it happening. I think Iron Man will at least make close to $200 million

I agree mostly with the Iron Man comment. People I know, who aren't even major comic book fans...always seem to like Iron Man. Plus, it will look rather amazing.
