Ooh, that trailer has my interest piqued!

Yeah, did anyone else laugh during that reaction shot of Cage when the plane crashed? I remember watching it during QOS and I couldn't help but laugh. It was like what Michelle Tanner does in Full House.

i decided to watch the new trailer randomly and it rocked!...

i think im sold...at the mere hints of it possibly being an alien flick

The full trailer was much more intriguing than the teaser, I thought the whispering men were an interesting development.

Love Proyas's work and have liked the look of both trailers so far. Hopefully Cage gets back on track after his recent movies as well.

When is this out BTW?

i really can't wait for this

BIG fan of Proyas, loved The Crow, Dark City and I, Robot, hope he delivers with this as well, shouldnt reviews start rolling in soon?

I dunno. The trailer gave me a sort of NEXT/DAY AFTER TOMORROW vibe.

 Dont see how, not DAT anyway, maybe Next, but its not him predicting the future, its someone before him. Looks like a really interesting psychological thriller.

Went to a screening tonight, I couldn't take this move serious at all, I don't think they were taking themselves too serious either. The score irked me, I laughed a lot....at stuff that wasn't suppose to be funny. I did enjoy the CGI, some really crazy stuff, graphic but not too detailed to gross you out. A big .

^So did you just think it was average? Have you liked Proyas's films in the past?

I've only seen two of his films, "I, Robot" and "The Crow", I liked them both.

I was really annoyed with the overly generic score. It's not filled with a lot of action, although I laughed at the minor attempts to amp it up a bit. It's a solid two hour movie that drags. I was captivated in the beginning, but lost interest quickly. If you can get through it, I thought one of the final scenes was worth the wait, but I dig crazy **** like that.

Oh and to answer your question, I thought the movie was terrible. I still love you, Nick. :csad:

I'd like to give a shout out to BDK. :funny:

Cage is horrible....one of the worst actors today.
You've got to be ----ing kidding me. Have you not seen the movies he did before 'Next', 'National Treasure', 'The Wicker Man' or whatever?... Have you not seen 'Adaption'?

TODAY. Meaning now. Every film he has been in recenetly has been horrible. Except Grindhouse...

apparently an oscar doesn't count for something now. haha.

ture, the man was great back in the 90's, recently, his movies have sucked huge amounts of ass. Out of 10 movies he does, he will only be good in 1 or 2 of them, shame, the guy was one of my favs.

I've seen the trailer for this film multiple times, because it seems to be shown before EVERY film I see at the cinema, seriously. Enough already.

Anyway, like most of Cage's recent output, it looks rubbish.
