okay here's the deal: I'm watching Oprah(why? I've no clue but I'm straight), and they had like 16 year old boys talking about how their hot teachers raped and molested them. I'm not sayin boys can't be raped by women but I just find it hard to believe that you can "get it up" and consider that rape. Yeah these women should do time but I'm sorry, I just find it hard to believe that a woman can rape a dude. Discuss and PLEASE no name calling cuase these are only opinions.

Dang! I just read my post and didn't mean to put molest in there. I'm trying to be politcally correct.
I didn't put this in my first post but doesn't it seem to be a double standard when men mess with underage girls than for women messing with underage boys? The women get like 2 years probation and the guys get 20 years in prison! Just food for thought.

you watch oprah? i'm ashamed!!

and YES, those GROWN ASS WOMEN took advantage of young men, who are NOT ADULTS BY LAW and probably are not mature at all because the women cannot actually get an ACTUAL MAN who has had maturing life experiences...same reason women date known, vicious criminals...the women are so starved for attention, they will do anything to get it, even the wrong way. VULGAR.

I saw that one.

When I did a neighborhood search of crimnals in my area there was at least one female sex offender

I was always confused on this too. I always thought of "female on male rape" more as molestation, because I thought rape meant "forced penetration."

Rape means forced sex. Which is harder with women on men, sice they have to "get it in there."

Thank God you understand Dew! I thought you came to ban me for making this thread. I just don't understand somethings and wanted to discuss it.
Ok Vibeka, this is my thing, rape is TAKING it. These dudes got it up cuase one of the women got pregnant! Now he is on tv playing the victims role. I'm sorry but there is more to the story. She probably didn't want to do it anymore and he got ticked off. When I was 16 and I had the finest teacher in the world, I would for me and her to have an affair. I just can't see these dudes point!

Getting it up or becoming aroused is not necessarily a controlled reaction. Women who are raped (both anally and vaginally) report feelings of arousal or attraction during the event. Perhaps that is why rape is considered so distrubing.

Men who are molested by sex offenders often to experience moments of arousal. While the women/man involved may not be attractive to them in any conventional sense. When such an act is performed on you it is sometimes an involuntary response to become aroused. In the case of men, all you have to do is stimulate the flow of blood to that particular area.

i think there are cases where the ruling was along the lines (in male on female rape) that if the victim is aroused is does not mean it wasnt rape...it just means thats how the physical body reacts at times, now whether that was the appropriate context for a sexual relationship is where the dilema lies...because i think they are using the subtext of statuatory rape or child rape and thats what makes the actions of these women considered rape...having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a minor, especially as an individual in power of the minor, even if the minor gave consent for the physical aspect of the relationship.

Unless the guy is physically incapable of pushing off the "female rapist", it isn't rape. Molestation perhaps, not rape.

I would say that in terms of Woman raping a guy it would highly depend on the age & maturity of the guy

I find that hard to believe. I've seen chicks so ugly that drinking liquid concrete couldn't get me hard. I'm sorry but if he puts it in and goes for 10 minutes and then "makes a mess" he enjoyed it just as much as she did.

Well rape legally is defined as "forced sex". And according to law (although this may have changed) rape has to be resisted in some form (at least that was originally the case)

In the ninties it was ruled in a foreign coutry that a woman (who was wearing tight jeans) was not raped due to the fact that she would have had to help the assailant remove her pants.

The ruling was highly controversial.

Thats pretty much what I was going to say...you guys are just a little quicker on the draw than I am.

So if the woman can push off her male rapist, but doesn't, its not technically rape?
