A series order? I guess FOX really is desperate for comedy after their ****ty fall line-up...Comedy From ‘Ted’s Seth MacFarlane, Alec Sulkin, Wellesley Wild Gets Fox Series Order
By NELLIE ANDREEVA
The trio behind Ted, the biggest comedy hit of last summer, are headed to Fox’s 2013-14 schedule. In an unusual move, I hear Fox has opted to go straight to series on the multi-camera live-action comedy written/executive produced by Ted co-writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild and executive produced by Ted co-writer/director/star Seth MacFarlane. The decision was made based on the pilot script, which I hear the network brass loved. This is the second scripted series set for next season, along with NBC’s comedy starring Michael J. Fox, which has 22-epsiode straight-to-series order.
The untitled Sulkin/Wild project already had a rich put pilot commitment that had a series penalty behind it. The comedy, from 20th Century Fox TV where MacFarlane is under a rich overall deal, centers on two successful guys in their 30s who have their lives turned upside down when their nightmare dads unexpectedly move in with them.
Writing team Wild and Sulkin have worked with MacFarlane for awhile — they have been on Family Guy since 2005, rising to executive producers. Family Guy is one of three animated series MacFarlane has on Fox, along with spinoff The Cleveland Show and American Dad, as well as the upcoming reboot of Carl Sagan’s Cosmos.
CBS Fives Pilot Orders To Hilary Winston’s ‘Bad Teacher’ & Bruno Heller’s ‘Advocates’
By NELLIE ANDREEVA
CBS has handed two more pilot orders to comedy Bad Teacher and drama The Advocates, from The Mentalist creator Bruno Heller.
Bad Teacher, a single-camera comedy series adaptation of the hit 2011 movie was written by Hilary Winston (Happy Endings, Community) and produced by the film’s writers-producers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg. The TV adaptation, about a sexy, foul-mouthed divorcee who becomes a teacher to find her next husband, is being produced by Sony Pictures TV, where Winston is under a deal, Mosaic and Stupnitsky and Eisenberg’s Quantity Entertainment. Winston, Stupnitsky and Eisenberg executive produce, with Winston set to showrun. This marks the second pilot for Winston, repped by UTA and Mosaic, who also has comedy Girls On Film at NBC. It has been a great season for ABC Studios-based Eisenberg and Stupnitsky. The duo, repped by WME and Mosaic, has two broadcast pilots, Bad Teacher and Pulling at ABC. They also have new series Hello Ladies at HBO.
The Advocates, which had a pilot production commitment, is a legal drama written and executive produced by Heller. It centers on a female lawyer and a male ex-con who team up as “victim advocates,” going to the edge of the law to right wrongs and fight for the underdog. Warner Bros TV, the studio behind The Mentalist, also produces the new project. It is unclear what a series pickup for Advocates would be mean for Heller’s involvement in The Mentalist if it gets renewed for another season.
NBC has greenlighted another drama pilot, The Blacklist. Written by Jon Bokenkamp (Perfect Stranger), the project centers on the worlds most wanted criminal who mysteriously turns himself in and offers to give up everyone he has ever worked with. His only condition is he will only work with a newly minted FBI agent with whom he seemingly has no connection.

I hope the GH OLTL's head back
^Not afraid to admit I'm happy.

I hope the GH OLTL's head back
I hope exactly the opposite!! Todd Manning is the funniest and most entertaining character in Port Charles right now!
^Well, I don't like the guy who portrays Todd now. I preferred the other one. I just want John McBain back in Llanview
I'm fine with all those characters leaving. I only watch the show for AJ anyway. I want him to be CEO of ELQ and teach Michael everything he knows.

Details are being work out, they only suppose to be on OLTL for a few weeks, then back to GH...PP owns the characters, not the actors.
I LOVE Todd Manning played by Roger. LOVE.
McBain is suppose to stay in OLTL..but now it's coming out that...MASSIVE SPOILERS/RUMORS
Easton will play McBain on OLTL, and Caleb on GH. Instead of Caleb being a vampire from the spin-off 'Port Charles', he will be a emo gothic dude as the last 3 years of PC were crazy events in Lucy Cole's head. Although Livie and Caleb are very much real, just not vampires.
When AJ gets a smirk on his face, I am delighted. When AJ is filled with joy over Alice beating people up, I am delighted. He needs to put Sonny in his place.

That's only rumor. Not confirmed. There's also a rumor, even posted by Daytime Confidential, that Todd, John and Starr are OUT.Details are being work out, they only suppose to be on OLTL for a few weeks, then back to GH...PP owns the characters, not the actors.
