Wooow :wow:

thew white lenses look.....weird.

That is why I always like Batman's showing his eyes in the cowl in a movie. The lenses look cool in cartoons & comics, but movie is very real. Thankfully, the lenses will be only shown briefly & not everytime Bat is wearing the cowl.

God, TDK suit is by far the BEST Bat-suit. Thing is friggin awesome, actually intimidating.

Thanks but could you post the links if you dont mind? There's a crapload of TDK items on ebay, i'ts gonna take me ages to find it.

Holy smokes! I sure hope he won with that piece of art. Why can't we have classy posters like these instead of overphotoshopped stuff?

I must admit, were I a small-time crook, I be very intimidated by Batman's egg-head, sillhouetted against the moonlight.

Then I would become confused by his legs.

I see what you did there.

The suit still rules though....:yay::brucebat:

Was at the Australian premiere yesterday and thought I would chime in on the new suit.
Because most of the scenes are in the dark you don't really get to see all the details of it, the mask makes his head look funny in some shots but not nearly as bad as the leaked photos or behind the scenes stuff.

The lenses are very hit and miss. he uses them for this Sonar thing and sometimes they look really cool, other times it looks as goofy as that 2 second shot on the tv spot. But he only uses them at the end for a total of about 2 minutes so no biggie. If anyone has any questions ask away.

The lenses look dumb as hell. Cool idea but just too goofy and cliched looking.

The suit is fantastic.

And there's some great lines from Lucius Fox

"So you want to turn your head huh?"

Bruce Wayne: "Sonar? Wow. Sonar, like a real....."
Fox: "Like a submarine, Mr.Wayne. Like a submarine" :funny:

Since when was Dean Cain's body similar to those that can actually lift continents?

Well not exactly lifting continents, but he's certainly the biggest and thickest in width compared to Brandon Routh, Christopher Reeve and George Reeves.

God bless you for those of whom bringing that up, gives me an excuse to post shirtless pictures of Dean Cain.

I like the electroshock feature when they tried to take the mask off. I read in one past script they were going to have the Batsymbol spray mace when someone tampered with the cowl, but never happened.

Did anyone catch Fox's description of the new suit? I think he mentioned it had ceramic plates with titanium tri-weave? Anything else? The flick able fins are one thing and the sonar.

I like how they didn't come up with some contrived excuse for a new suit. Like it sinks it water or is burned with acid or something, which some of us guessed at at various stages. It's simply too heavy, and hell, we already know that. A nice little wink to audience.

It's heavier than the original.

Sigh. Yes, it's heavier than the original, but it's been stated multiple times thats it's more flexible and comfortable than the Begins suit. The weight is much less of an issue when you can actually move your body.

The costume's heavier in real life, but that doesn't mean it is in the movie.

Is it heavier than the first suit in the context of the movie?

EDIT: lujho beat me to the punch.

Yeah I meant Batman actually mentions it's too heavy and slow in the movie.
