No,you're looking for a fight
I am having a discussion on a discussion board, and asking you to explain your position within said. I don't understand the issue.
asking me to defend my opinion which I shouldn't have to.
If you want it to be convincing, then you do.
By the criteria of personal taste, artistic asethic and experience working with film and television and of being a professional comic artist for the last 15 years.
This isn't an explanation, it's an allusion to one. Similarly, if I say "I painted this red because it was an artistic choice," that doesn't explain my reasons--it just claims I have them.
I don't like the way the cape drapes around the neck, I don't like the seams, and I don't like the choice of "material" It looks like a velvet jacket.
Which is all fine--but does not explain describing it as "silly." For example, if I describe the TDK suit as silly and then say "because I don't like X, Y," that isn't really an explanation as to why it's silly--that's just me saying I don't like it. But if I said "It's silly because it's crowded with unnecessary detailing that doesn't aid the protective appearance of the suit--and in the case of the legs, completely undermines it, because the segmentation doesn't make sense armour or mobility-wise," that's an explanation.
It doesn't look like the begins suit and it doesn't look protective.
I really don't follow you on this. It has a virtually identical shape and apparent thickness to the Begins suit, except with the plating disguised. If the material is different, I would just assume it to be a new material covering the same armour the Begins suit was supposed to be, given their similarities.
I don't like it. I'm sorry if it bothers you, i just don't.
It doesn't bother me, I just want to know why.
